Vertilon Corp. has introduced two products targeted at applications using multianode photomultiplier tubes and avalanche photodiode arrays. The 32-channel PhotoniQ IQSP480 and the 64-channel IQSP482 data acquisition systems are designed for use with advanced multielement optical sensors. The instruments achieve 96-dB dynamic range at rates exceeding 50,000 events/s across 32 channels and 25,000 per s across 64 channels. Event data is output through a high-speed USB connection and can be displayed on a PC using an included graphical user interface or streamed to a user’s real-time custom software application.
