Jenoptik-Laserdiode.jpgJenoptik Laserdiode GmbH has launched passively cooled CW and pulsed diode lasers, the JOLD-x-CPNN-1L and JOLD-200-QPNN-1L, respectively, on 25 × 25-mm industry-standard mounts. The CW version emits 80 W at 808 nm and 100 W between 915 and 976 nm, while the pulsed model emits 200 W at 808 nm from one bar. Typical operating current is 112 A, while maximum operating voltage is 1.8 V in CW mode. With conduction cooling and a range of optical output powers, the long-living diode lasers are suited for pumping solid-state lasers, materials processing and medical applications.
