The KUKA KR5 sixx CR cleanroom robot can be easily  integrated without unnecessary space consumption and satisfies the numerous requirements of cleanroom applications. The new robot, when combined with KUKA Robotics’ PC-based control platform, provides an easy-to use pick-and-place automation solution for even the most extreme cleanroom requirements. The robot has a 650-mm reach and payload capacity up to 5 kg, meets ISO and DIN standards for cleanroom operation: class 5 under DIN EN ISO 14644-1 and class 100 under US Federal Standard 209 E.
