Del-Mar-Photonics.jpgDel Mar Photonics Inc. has introduced its Teahupoo Rider femtosecond Ti:sapphire amplified laser, a fully integrated system that comprises the Trestles Mini Ti:sapphire oscillator or the Buccaneer second-harmonic-generation diode-pumped fiber oscillator, a pulse stretcher, a pulse compressor, and a regenerative amplifier pumped by a multikilohertz Nd:YAG laser. The system has a factory-installed repetition rate of 2, 5 or 10 kHz and is suitable for femtosecond micromachining systems, optoelectronic pulse amplifier pumping, ultrafast spectroscopy and a variety of life sciences applications.
