OneLight_Spectra.jpgThe OneLight Spectra manufactured by OneLight Corp. is a color-programmable light source that provides any desired mix of color and illumination for microscopy and spectroscopy imaging systems, replacing conventional light sources, shutters, filter wheels and optical filters. It creates any arbitrary spectral profile within the wavelength range and optical resolution of the system. Output intensity is 250 mW full spectrum with 15-nm resolution at the output of a 5-mm liquid lightguide. Spectral resolution is up to 10 nm, and its spectral range is 400 to 700 nm. Exposure time is programmable to 140 μs. The source operates under Windows 2000 or XP and is supplied with standard software.
