Titanium IR cameras from Electrophysics Corp. have sensitivities >20 mK and 14-bit dynamic ranges, and can withstand harsh conditions. The 520M and 550M models use a 320 × 256 InSb focal plane array with 3- to 5-μm spectral response, and the 520BB has 1.5- to 5.1-μm response. The 550M operates up to 380 fps, and the HD 560M has a 640 × 512 InSb array with 15-μm pixel pitch and high data rates. The 530L is a high-QE camera that incorporates a 320 × 240 MCT focal plane array with 7.7- to 9.5-μm response.
