Gevicam.jpgGeviCam Inc. has introduced the GD series dual-tap Gigabit Ethernet cameras for industrial applications. They offer 1-Gb/s point-to-point transmission, automatic channel balance and a software development kit. The signal-to-noise ratio is >56 dB for 12-, 10- or 8-bit output at 80 MHz. The GD-155000 uses a 2/3-in. CCD with a dual 12-bit A/D converter and 2456 × 2058-pixel resolution. The rate is 12 fps for full resolution and 15 fps for high-definition TV format partial scan. Minimum illumination is 0.5 lx at 12 fps, and operating temperature is from –10 to 50 °C. Power consumption is 5 W at 12 VDC ±10%. The camera is supplied with a look-up table and a C- or CS-lens mount.
