Vertilon_IQSP580.gifVertilon Corp. has launched the PhotoniQ IQSP580 32-channel photomultiplier tube data acquisition system that achieves trigger rates approaching 1 MHz on all input channels. It interfaces to multianode photomultiplier tubes, avalanche photodiode arrays and other types of multielement optical sensors through a sensor interface board. With a dynamic range of 84 dB and single-photon sensitivity, the device simultaneously acquires charge signals across all 32 input channels and transfers the data to a PC through a USB connection. Data can be displayed via the included graphical user interface or can be streamed to the user’s real-time custom software application.
