LedEngin Inc. has unveiled its 5-, 10- and 15-W UV LEDs with wavelengths from 390 to 410 nm. The devices are built with proprietary surface-mount ceramic packages and glass lenses. The 5-W package (LZ1-00UA05) emits up to 0.9 W, the 10-W package (LZ4-00UA10) up to 2.2 W and the 15-W (LZ4-00UA15) up to 3.0 W of radiometric power. All the UV products have passed autoclave and wet high-temperature operating live tests.
