DymaxCorp_HH-LED.jpgAvailable from Dymax Corp., the HH-LED+ handheld LED curing spot system generates UV and VIS light (375 to 415 nm) for UV curing of adhesives in smaller bonding and tacking applications. A cost-effective alternative to traditional UV spot curing systems, it doesn’t emit IR or other unused wavelengths, and it provides cooler UV cures. Offering 350 mW/cm2 of curing power for more than 5000 h, the system provides consistent curing. A 12-mm lightguide covers a large curing area. Instant on/off control, selectable timing cycles and an integral connection for automation or foot control are among other features.
