QPC_Lasers_BLHPFCM_HPLP_RGB.jpgQPC Lasers Inc. has launched the BrightLase high-power fiber-coupled laser modules with up to 250 W of output. Standard wavelengths are available at 792, 808, 976, 1470 and 1532 nm with fiber core sizes of 200, 400 and 600 μm. Designed for direct diode applications as well as for fiber and solid-state laser pumping, they feature high brightness and optional on-chip wavelength stabilization. Wavelength temperature coefficient for all models is <0.3 nm/°C, operating temperature is 20 °C, numerical aperture is 0.22, and fiber length is 1 m. Operating current ranges from <38 to <64 A, operating voltage from <5.5 to <16 V and spectral width FWHM from <5 to <20 nm, depending upon the model.
