STAMFORD, Conn., Jan. 4, 2008 -- Omega's circular chart recorders combine the simplicity and clarity of pen drawing with the versatility of microprocessor control for accuracy and stability.

The recorders are user-configurable via a front-panel keypad and has a menu-ddriven interface for rapid configuration and calibration. A backlit, large-character, alphanumeric LCD displays the process variable for each channel simultaneously, and each channel is compatible with industry-standard sensors and signals.

They also feature a gasket-lockable door that protects internal components from harsh industrial environments, NEMA 12 (IP55)-rated protection CE compliance, and a one-year warranty. One package of chart paper, a pen and an operator's manual are included.

The CT6100 recorder has applications in the aerospace and defense, biotechnology, food and beverage, medical, and chemical industries. Prices start at $1450.
