GEViCAM-Inc.jpgGevIcam Inc. has released the GP-151400 series cameras with 1392 × 1040-pixel resolution and increased near-IR sensitivity. The four models incorporate a 2/3-in. Sony ICX285 sensor with a 12-bit A/D converter, produce low noise and offer >60-dB sensitivity. Users can select 12-, 10- or 8-bit digital image output at 40 MHz. Auto iris and video iris controls render the camera suitable for high-end surveillance and military research applications. It is available in monochrome or color, and in a GigE Vision-compliant version and in an iPort version that is compatible with Pleora Technologies’ software interface. The camera operates at 22 fps with full resolution and at 30 fps with partial-scan 1392 × 720-pixel resolution.
