EMCO-High-Voltage.jpgEmco High Voltage Corp. has released a compact high-voltage power supply for detector or avalanche photodiode applications, including spectrometers, blood and DNA analyzers, radiation test and measuring, x-ray scanning and detector arrays. Model 10077 features power consumption of <300 mW, ripple of <2 mV peak-to-peak, high stability, 0 to 100% programmable output voltage, overvoltage protection and a voltage monitor. Options include a low outgassing epoxy and an extended operating temperature range from –55 to 70 °C. Mean time to critical failure is >120 yr. Weighing <80 g, the power supply is suitable for use in portable instruments and in handheld applications.
