Available from Unitron Ltd., the RMM2 Rollscope is a portable metallurgical camera-microscope for characterizing and photographing objects that are inaccessible or too large to be placed on the stage of an ordinary microscope. The instrument has a magnification range of 50× to 500×. Precise X-Y movement of the microscope body is achieved with graduated rack-and-pinion controls. Noncontact three-dimensional measurement is achieved with an inch or metric reticle in the eyepiece for X and Y, and with an optional dial gauge to measure depth. The camera port accepts digital camera or CCTV accessories, and the stand has roller feet.
