OphirSpiricon.jpgThe Vega handheld meter for laser beam measurement has been released by Ophir-Spiricon Inc. The device is available with either a digital or analog needle display and features an illuminated color display screen with backlit navigation buttons for ease of use in all lighting conditions. It is compatible with the company’s thermopile, photodiode and pyroelectric smart heads. The user interface includes a laser-tuning screen and power and energy log, and the device features USB and RS-232 output. Software features include power or energy density units, attenuation scaling and graphing.
