Snake Creek Lasers has announced its MiniGreen ETR series rugged miniature diode-pumped solid-state lasers. The lasers are packaged in a standard semiconductor can for integration flexibility, reliability and high tolerance to g forces. They emit at 532 nm and operate at 30 °C at 100 mW and 40 °C at 50 mW for the ETR100 model, and at 30 °C at 150 mW, 40 °C at 100 mW and 50 °C at 50 mW for the ETR150. They also have a power stability of < ±10% over their temperature ranges.
