Becker-&-Hickl.jpgFluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy (FLIM) systems for the Zeiss LSM 710 laser scanning microscopes have been introduced by Becker & Hickl GmbH. Based on the company’s multidimensional time-correlated single-photon counting (TCSPC) technology, the systems are modular, enabling numerous configurations. They feature simultaneous detection in all wavelength channels, high count rate, short acquisition time for bright samples, FLIM sequences as fast as two images per second and a sequential recording mode by memory swapping. Multispectral, and single- and dual-detector systems are available. Components include a laptop computer, PCI extension box, SPC-150 TCSPC modules and DCC-100 detector controllers.
