PrincetonInstruments.jpgPrinceton Instruments has released the Acton Advanced series monochromators and spectrographs, which are available in four focal lengths — 150, 300, 500 and 750 mm. The instruments offer a scan range of 0 to 1400 nm with a 1200 g/mm grating, repeatability of ±0.05 nm and a drive step size of 0.005 nm. The systems include monochromator control software and a set of utilities, and they feature motorized slits and interchangeable grating turrets. The devices are configurable for various detector types, grating combinations and light sources.
