Available from Cambridge Research & Instrumentation Inc., the DyCE dynamic contrast enhancement software is designed for use with the Maestro multispectral in vivo molecular imaging system for small animals. It allows users to generate all-optical anatomical images of mouse models in minutes, saving time and enabling better time-resolved images of molecular probe distribution. The DyCE technique employs dynamic images acquired after a bolus injection of an NIR dye. DyCE and Maestro use these images to create anatomical surface maps of internal organs. The maps can be co-registered with molecular imaging data obtained in the same animal, using the same instrument and without moving the animal.
