B&W-Tek.jpgThe i-trometer series spectrometers employ a high-UV/VIS/NIR response, a wide dynamic range and a back-thinned CCD array. The miniature devices from B&W Tek Inc. offer a high quantum efficiency and signal-to-noise ratio. They feature a USB 1.1/2.0 high-speed interface, software-configurable high-dynamic and high-sensitivity operation modes, and a 0.22-NA optical bench that ensures detection sensitivity with high throughput and low stray light. Their optical input with single or bundled fiber options is via an SMA905 connector. Thermoelectrically cooled versions provide reduced dark counts and long-term operation stability. Applications include solar monitoring and UV/VIS/NIR spectroscopy and lamp characterizations.
