EKSPLA.jpgThe NT200 series tunable-wavelength laser system from Ekspla UAB integrates a diode-pumped Q-switched laser and an optical parametric oscillator (OPO) in a single compact housing and offers no-gap tunability between 210 and 2300 nm.

With a 1000-Hz repetition rate, the system is intended for use in a variety of laboratory applications. The output pulses are 5 to 10 ns in duration and feature a linewidth of 5 cm–1.

The system’s efficient conversion to UV with more than 50 mW of output makes it suitable for use in spectroscopy, photobiology, laser-induced fluorescence, photolysis, remote sensing and lidar.

Warm-up time of only a few seconds and OPO pump energy monitoring ensure simple and reliable operation. The system features monitoring of output parameters and convenient integration into measurement setups. It can be operated from a computer using supplied LabView drivers or via a remote control pad that enables easy control of all parameters and that features a backlit display that is easy to read, even through laser safety goggles. As standard, the system has a separate output for its 355-nm pump beam. In addition, outputs at 1064, 532 and 266 nm are available upon request, as are other customized options. The air-cooled unit measures 446 × 260 × 800 mm and has a 472 × 460 × 490-mm power supply.
