Avago Technologies Ltd. has added half-watt LEDs to its Moonstone series high-power LEDs for solid-state lighting applications. Available in thin packaging designed for ease of installation, the ASMT-Mx60 LEDs are suitable for use in electronic sign backlighting, retail displays, commercial lighting, accent marker lights, and task and reading lights. They deliver light output of typically 30 lm of cool white and 25 lm of warm white at 150 mA.
