The Pearl High-Power series from nLight Corp. produces 100 W at selected wavelengths from 795 to 980 nm out of 400- or 600-μm fibre with a 0.22 NA. Peak high-power fibre-coupled modules are based on single-emitter diodes rather than on 1-cm bars, which resets the industry reliability benchmark for high-power fibre-coupled diode lasers operating in CW or pulsed mode. The modules exhibit high brightness and high power and are ideally suited for both pumping and direct diode applications.
