LiCor.jpgLi-Cor Biosciences has expanded its line of IRDye infrared dye-labeled antibodies for imaging applications with four new additions. The IRDye 680 donkey anti-chicken IgG, IRDye 800CW donkey anti-chicken IgG, IRDye 680 goat anti-rat IgG and the IRDye 800CW goat anti-rat IgG antibodies are highly cross-absorbed and deliver high specificity for multiplex detection. By multiplexing IRDye 800CW conjugates with IRdye 680 antibody conjugates, two-color detection can be achieved. Applications include Western blotting, quantitative Westerns, in-cell Westerns and in vivo small-animal imaging.
