Lasiris PureBeam Laser

SALEM, N.H., Sept. 4, 2008 – StockerYale Inc. has added a fiber-coupled laser to its existing line of Lasiris lasers for biomedical applications.

The PureBeam laser is offered in a range of wavelengths, including 375, 405, 440, 635, 660 and 830 nm. It is temperature stabilized with a thermoelectric cooler that maintains a constant laser diode temperature and provides power stability and low noise at the fiber exit.

StockerYale-PureBeam-Violet.gifIt is suitable for bioinstrumentation applications, including flow cytometry, confocal microscopy, bio-detection, DNA sequencing and other high-end applications.

For uniform flat-top illumination applications, the laser can be integrated with the company’s flat-top generators. The generators are compatible with UV, visible and near-IR laser sources.
