PI.jpgThe M-810 electromechanical high-force hexapod six-axis micropositioning system from PI (Physik Instrumente) LP is suitable for optics alignment, automation, quality assurance testing and testing equipment. The miniature hexapod features a long linear travel range to 40 mm and a rotation range of 60°, a high velocity of 10 mm/s and submicron resolution. It also has linear and rotary multiaxis scans and a controller with a freely definable virtual pivot point.
