VisiTech.jpgThe VT-Infinity3 SL confocal imaging system from VisiTech International Ltd. integrates a solid-state laser with the company’s patented 2-D array scanning technology. Suitable for live-cell imaging experiments, the system eliminates the need for an external laser subsystem, while still providing advantages including selectable confocal pinhole sizes and low photobleaching. It provides imaging at speeds of up to 1000 fps. This capability, coupled with the 3D-RT module, supports “on demand” 3-D reconstruction of experimental data as it is acquired. Dichroics and filters can be exchanged on-site.
