Harvard Apparatus has announced the release of its updated Model 683 ventilator. The device, which offers a respiratory rate adjustable from 18 to 250 strokes per minute and can accommodate tidal volumes from 250 g to 10 kg, has a new orientation that reduces the dead space volume. It offers a large LED display screen and is compatible with any anesthesia circuit.
