SensorsUnlimited.jpgAn uncooled short-wavelength infrared (SWIR) InGaAs camera has been introduced by Sensors Unlimited Inc. The 25-μm-pixel SU-LDH digital line-scan camera uses an LC linear array that provides correlated double sampling, integrate-while-read snapshot acquisition and low noise. The SU1024LDH produces a high dynamic range at frame rates of >46,000 lines per second and quantum efficiency >70% from 1.0 to 1.6 μm. The solid-state detector offers wavelength response from 0.8 to 1.7 μm. The camera features 14-bit digital capture and is available with a Camera Link interface.
