MolTech.jpgMolTech GmbH has extended its πShaper beam shaping system to include the πShaper_37_34_1064 collimator model optimized for up to 6-kW fibre-coupled solid-state or diode lasers, as well as for fibre lasers operating in the near-infrared. With nearly 100% efficiency it converts a divergent TEM00 or multimode laser beam into a collimated flattop beam while maintaining a uniform intensity profile over a large working distance and providing low divergence of the output beam. It features a variety of beam profiles, easy integration into robotic and other industrial systems, no internal focusing and a high damage threshold. Applications include welding,hardening, annealing, cladding and display-making technologies.
