561-nm solid-state laser
The Cobolt Jive 561-nm continuous-wave solid-state laser from Cobolt AB is now available with output power levels up to 150 mW.

Cobolt-Jive.jpgThe laser is available for power demanding fluorescence analysis applications, including spinning disc or TIRF confocal microscopy and cell sorting.

The single longitudinal mode laser operates at a fixed 561-nm wavelength with output power levels of 10-, 25-, 50-, 75-, 100-, and 150 mW. It is built in a hermetically sealed compact package using its proprietary HTCure technology, an advanced manufacturing technique for high-performance solid-state lasers that require demanding applications.

It features low noise of <0.3% rms, a narrow spectral line width of <30 MHz, and a high beam quality of M2 <1.1. It can be exposed to extreme temperatures greater than 100 °C, and it is insensitive to pressure and humidity.
