WarnerInstruments.jpgThe DH-40i microincubation chamber enables imaging of live cells at the required temperature and atmospheric conditions. Available from Warner Instruments Inc., it is designed for the company’s RC-40 Quick Change imaging chambers and 35-mm culture dishes, and it can be adapted for use with most 35-mm petri dishes. The removable top section is held in place magnetically and has sealed ports to allow perfusion, aspiration and the maintenance of gas atmosphere. It accommodates upright and inverted microscopes and accepts an optional heated top coverslip to eliminate condensation when the device is used as a closed system. The chamber is suitable for applications such as high-resolution image analysis, fluorescence microscopy and time-lapse imaging studies.
