KG is incorporated into two goggle frame styles designed to protect eyes from various wavelengths, including the harmonics — 532, 355 and 266 nm — of the Nd:YAG, Nd:glass, Nd:YLF and Nd:VO4 laser systems. Created specifically for polycarbonate laser protection, the lightweight Lambda One shield is available in a full-wrap style and provides an unobstructed field of vision. The company says that it is suitable for patients, including children, to wear during medical procedures. The Skyline frame style allows users to wear prescription glasses underneath. The filter offers high transmission of visual light.
