Available in travel lengths of up to 72 in. on the X- and Y-axes, the LSS-007-12-006-XY linear stepper motor gantry stages introduced by H2W Technologies Inc. feature open-loop accuracy of 85 μm/m and repeatability of 10 μm. An encoder is available for closed-loop operation. Full step resolution is 250 μm and, when microstepped, step size resolution is as small as 10 μm. Continuous force on both axes is 27 N, with peak force at 36 N. Typical system life is 100 million cycles.
