The SkiaGraph8 EV unveiled by Rad-icon Imaging Corp. is a large-area x-ray CMOS camera that supports energies up to 160 kVp, has a scalable active image area of up to 20 × 25 cm and delivers 2000 × 2048-pixel resolution. A 2-cm border between the active matrix and the edge of the panel minimizes image obstructions. The camera integrates with LVDS, USB and Ethernet interfaces and with options such as Windows-compatible drivers and application software. It performs real-time imaging at up to 1.4 fps and features 12-bit digital contrast resolution and spatial resolution of five lines per millimeter.
