The scan area measures 156 × 156 mm. Versions are available for 1064, 532 and 355 nm. Spot size is 30 μm. The 532-nm model has an optical scan angle of ±25.8°, a working distance of 325.4 mm, an aperture stop distance of 26 mm and a maximum incident angle of 13.5°.
