Opto Diode CorporationRequest Info
Opto Diode Corp. has introduced the red-enhanced ODD-3W-2 bi-cell photodiode. The 3-mm2 bi-cell detector has a high spectral response of 0.55 A/W at 900 nm and high shunt resistance at a minimum of 250 MΩ. It also has low noise of NEP 2.5 × 10–14 W/√Hz. The chip dimensions are 0.100 × 0.048 in. per element, packaged in standard TO-5 cans for easy integration. The operating temperature range is –40 to 125 °C.
