Jasco.jpgThe V-630Bio offered by Jasco Inc. consists of an intelligent remote module (iRM) and a micro cell holder designed for protein/nucleic acid measurement, DNA melting analysis, and kinetics measurement and analysis. The system also includes a quantitative protein analysis program with six calibration methods. The device can scan at speeds of up to 8000 nm/min without wavelength tracking errors. It offers wavelength accuracy of ±0.2 nm at 656.1 nm. The iRM can be operated through a color LCD touch screen. Data can be printed automatically to USB printers or saved on a flash memory card for further processing on a PC. A variety of accessories is available to customize the device for specific applications.
