The Legend Elite from Coherent Inc. is a one-box regenerative ultrafast amplifier suitable for investigations into nonlinear optics and for studying molecular dynamics, photochemistry, photoelectron generation at optimized wavelengths and fluorescence upconversion. The amplifier has good stability and can generate output pulses of <35 fs. It is available with several pulse width options, ranging from femtosecond through picosecond output. It can be operated as a turnkey tool continuously for many hours without the need for external adjustment.
