Nanodrop.jpgNanoDrop Technologies has released software version 2.6.0 for its ND-3300 fluorospectrometer, which excites samples with a UV, a blue or a white LED. The software features a fluorescence profiler that enables users to determine the light source that induces the brightest fluorescence response, as well as a source check function that verifies that the LEDs are operational. Enabling acquisition times ≤8 s, the software permits establishing the desired units and customizing gain settings. It also offers expanded control features for importing multiple files as well as LED spectra waveforms to aid in choosing an appropriate excitation source.
