Jenlab.jpgThe MPTflex from Jenlab GmbH is a CE-marked multiphoton tomograph based on femtosecond multiphoton excitation of biomolecules such as NAD(P)H, flavins, porphyrins, elastin and melanin. It can perform in vivo optical biopsies of human skin with subcellular spatial resolution, and its applications include intratissue imaging of pharmaceutical components and tissue engineering. An additional module for two-photon fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy is available.
