Nikon.jpgNikon Instruments Inc. has unveiled the BW-H501 high-speed 3-D surface profile system for rapid inspection of object surface roughness. It features real-time height observation and measurement with image capture at 900 fps and display at 5 fps, in conjunction with the X-Cycle Imager. The profiler also offers a heated stage for real-time observation and analysis of the deformation process of film and gel samples. It is equipped with proprietary BridgeElements software that allows users to process and compare multiple images simultaneously in real time.
