The hermetically sealed diode, suitable for use in ambient light, consists of certified InGaAs and InP photodiodes, features an adjustable detection probability up to 25%, adjustable gate width from 2.5 to 100 ns, adjustable dead time up to 100 μs, and a tunable delay between 0 and 25 ns. A variety of trigger options is available from up to 1 MHz for internal and 8 MHz for external.
