The SOC-400T from Surface Optics Corp. is a handheld directional reflectometer for characterizing directional reflectance and calculating directional thermal emittance over a broad temperature range. It measures near-normal total spectral reflectance as a function of wavelength from 2 to 25 µm at spectral resolutions from 4 reciprocal centimeters. The SOC-400T's operation is fully automated, including internal calibration.
