The 248/130 grazing incidence wavelength dispersive optical spectrometer from McPherson Inc. offers rapid analysis of spectral light in the ~1- to 300-nm wavelength region. Suitable for spectroscopy in the vacuum ultraviolet, extreme and soft x-ray wavelengths, the device uses direct detection CCDs, gated image intensifiers or fast channel electron multipliers for detection. It also provides a wide working range and flexibility in spectral acquisition. It comes fully assembled, vacuum leak-checked and calibrated with respect to wavelength. Each can include adapters, differential pumping and grazing incidence collection optics.
