The laser diode features digital modulation up to 200 MHz with analog modulation at 500 kHz. It offers automatic thermal control of the diode and temperature regulation of all optical elements. Compatible with USB and RS-232 interfaces, it is suitable for a variety of original equipment manufacturer tasks.
