It provides a wide field of view during wavelength imaging and delivers high sensitivity, low noise and a wide dynamic range. Its proprietary vacuum-sealed chamber technology promotes long-term, maintenance-free operation for demanding applications. It is suitable for Förster resonance energy transfer, ratio imaging and dual-wavelength total internal reflection fluorescence.
