The Dip and Read Residual Protein A Detection Kit has been released by ForteBio Inc. for use on its Octet platform. The assay enables drug developers to identify and measure Protein A levels quickly. The kit includes a tray of 96 residual Protein A biosensors, a bottle of sample denaturing buffer, a bottle of neutralization buffer, a bottle of sample diluent, a bottle of sample diluent+PEG, a recombinant Protein A calibrator and all of the reagents required to quantitate Protein A or similar materials, such as MabSelect SuRe, in the presence of human immunoglobulin G.
