PI (Physik Instrumente) LP has released a high-speed microscope slide Z-scanner piezo stage for microscopy and imaging applications. Optimized for fast step and settle and for easy integration into high-resolution microscope applications, the P-736 features a low profile, large aperture and travel ranges of up to 200 µm with subnanometer closed-loop resolution. It is compatible with inverted microscopes from Leica, Nikon, Olympus and Zeiss. Its 20-mm low-profile design facilitates integration, while its large aperture accommodates microscopy accessories, including slide and petri dish holders.
